About the position

About the Role: •

Responsible for Distribution planning and driving the overall Distribution Strategy channel • Analyzing & defining distribution parameters including retail expansion and engagement situation in distribution KPIS •Responsible for setting and tracking Distribution targets, campaigns and gap analysis • Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address Belt/cluster level distribution KPIs tracking, governance & tracking to achieve the monthly •Preparing ad-hoc reports for management that effectively corelates and communicates trends, patterns, and prediction model using relevant data Keeping a close eye on competitor and Channel insights for better planning •Governance & Post Analysis of campaigns and timely visibility •Special project planning and executions, maintaining historical databases Work experience: 3-5 years relevant work experience (Distribution Planning and data Potential Career Path: •Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible •Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills Strong knowledge and experience of data mining, preparing dashboards and visibilities
