POSITION / JOB TITLE

Agriculture Field Officer (OG-III)

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATION

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the
HEC with at least 60% marks or minimum CGPA 2.5 in Agriculture or related field

AGE

Maximum 27 years as on last date of submission of application

EXPERIENCE

1-2 year of relevant banking experience would be preferred Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply

OUTLINE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To market Agriculture financing products to existing and new clients, prepare their credit proposals, recommend them to approving authority and arrange documents required for approval within turn-around time (TAT)
To ensure completion of pre-disbursement terms of approval and disbursement of all approved loans through CAD To ensure timely recovery of loans (along with markup) and fulfilment of clean up requirements as per regulatory
guidelines and approved terms etc
To guide farmers in completion of loan applications and other formalities along with on-site visits for verification of
businesses, crops in the field, revenue record and facts given in the loan application
To ascertain the status of security offered for the finance by the intending client and the nature or state of any previous
encumbrances on it or existing indebtedness of the client
To provide technical assistance to growers in the proper utilization of funds and adoption of improved farming practices
for better yield
To discuss and finalize monthly activities calendar for marketing new clients in consultation with the Team Leader and
Head Agriculture of respective area/region
To ensure restricting irregular & classified loans and NPL ratio at the lowest level
To ensure a customer friendly experience so the customers are facilitated in the most efficient manner
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Bannu, DG Khan, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhang Jhelum, Lahore, Larkana, Mansehra, Mardan, Mianwali Mirpur (AK), Mirpurkhas, Multan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Rawalakot, Sahiwal Sargodha.
Sheikhupura, Sukkur Swat, Vehari
