NOMINATION FOR USF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1. Universal Service Fund (USF) a company established under the Companies Act, 2017 (erstwhile the Companies Ordinance, 1984) aims to provide information and Communication Technologies (ICTS) in un-served and under-served areas of Pakistan.
2. Ministry of IT & Telecommunications seeks nominations for the representations of the following on the USF board of Directors under Rule 11(1) of the amended Universal Service Fund Rules, 2006:
⚫ Fixed Line Licensees
• Mobile Cellular Licensees
3. The required qualification, experience and application forms for the nominations can be accessed
at www.usf.org.pk/publications.
Representatives from the respective industries may submit hard copies of their complete CV, Cover letter,2 recent photographs, copy of CNIC/Passport (in case of foreign nationals), consent letter, Nomination letter from their respective organizations & Affidavit/Undertaking within 17 days of publication of this advertisement to:
