National Testing Service – Pakistan (NTS) established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 is Pakistan’s premier not-for-profit testing company NTS has track record of quality service delivery spanning over 15 years in conducting tests and assessments for admissions, scholarships, recruitment, promotion, etc.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In order to build and maintain its quality service complying with the industry standards, NTS
requires a visionary, committed and passionate leader as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The candidate should have a demonstrated track of strong people inclination and a quest for growth and sustenance. The CEO is expected to institute, maintain and nurture a culture of openness, transparency and equal opportunity for all employees to contribute in the business of the Company. CEO reports to the Board of Directors (Board) and will be responsible to deliver as per the KPIs assigned by the Board.
Under the applicable policies of the Government of Pakistan and under the overall guidance of the Board, the CEO will discharge, but not limited to the following functions:
• Formulate goals, objectives and strategies to ensure short, medium and long term success of the Company
Exercise all powers vested under the Companies Act, 2017, the Memorandum and Articles of Association and the E&D Rules of the NTS.
Have overall responsibility to the Board for the general management and control of the business
activities, assets and other affairs of the NTS.
• Identify the principal risks to the Company’s operation and implement appropriate system to manage these risks. Keep the Board fully informed of all significant operational, financial and ancillary matters relevant to the business of the Company, including legal, regulatory and government policy
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Maximum age limit at the time of appointment will be 65 years.
•Must have minimum eighteen (18) years of education (duly recognized by the Commission, Pakistan) in any of the following fields: Business, Management, Engineering, IT, Sciences and/or allied disciplines.
Candidate should have at least twenty (20) years of gradually progressive experience in
management and leadership. Out of this, minimum 8 years’ experience is required in senior management and for leadership position.

and with the principles of administration and has a good understanding of the key issues of the business and the industry. Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate is
also expected to have a good grasp on the planning, organizing, budgeting, monitoring, team building, setting priorities and motivating people
