Wing Head – HR Communications & Employer Branding (VP)

 
  Reporting to Divisional Head — Organizational Effectiveness  
Educational/

Professional

Qualification

·                          Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university /

college / institute recognized by the HEC

·                          Candidates having Master’s Degree and/or majors in HR and/or HR

certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred

 
Experience ·                          Minimum 07 years of working experience

·                          Candidates having experience of working in banking and / or HR and / or

corporate communications would be preferred

 
Other Skills / Expertise /

Knowledge Required

·                          Excellent communication and writing skills

·                          Goal driven with the ability to persuade individuals with decision making

authority

·                          Excellent presentation skills

·                          Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and pro-active working attitude

·                          Ability to build strong professional relationships with stakeholders

·                          Excellent MS office skills (Specially MS power point & MS word)

 
Outline of Main Duties /

Responsibilities

·                          To devise Organizational Effectiveness related communications for senior

management and other stakeholders

·                          To manage Intranet for HR, develop content that can be distributed via the

Bank’s various channels

·                          To develop high-impact presentations to inform and influence key stakeholders,

including the Board of Directors and Leadership team

·                          To devise HR strategy for social media and associated platforms and improve

interaction with targeted audience

·                          To work towards employer branding and strengthen the brand image and

perception of Bank as an employer of choice

·                          To prepare and disseminate information to employees through appropriate

channels in line with Bank’s HR mission and vision

·                          To manage Organizational Effectiveness budgets and control expenditure

effectively

·                          To assist Organizational Effectiveness Head in managing and implementing

diversity and inclusion initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture

·                          To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s)

 
02 Position / Job Title Manager HR Operations (AVP / VP)  
  Reporting to

Wing Head — HR Operations

 
  Educational/

Professional

Qualification

·                          Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university /

college / institute recognized by the HEC

·                          Candidates having Master’s Degree and / or majors in HR would be preferred

 
  Experience ·                          Minimum 06 years of working experience

·                          Candidates having experience of working in banking and / or HR and / or HR

operations would be preferred

 
  Other Skills / Expertise /

Knowledge Required

·                          Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and pro-active working attitude

·                          Proficient in MS Office

·                          Good team player

·                          Maintain high level of confidentiality

 
 

Outline of Main Duties /

Responsibilities

·                          To manage background checks, verification of educational documents and

prepare confidential reports under advice from the management

·                          To ensure all identified HR risk issues are monitored and mitigated in a timely

manner

·                          To manage and process transfers / postings of the staff in line with the policy

·                          To maintain and update employee record / database. leave records and job

rotation data

·                          To support in contract renewals / discontinuation of contracts

·                          To provide support on implementation of various HR Initiatives

·                          To suggest improvements and optimize HR processes

·                          To gather & consolidate data from different stake holders against pre inspection

/ audit data etc. issued by SBP / internal audit / and external auditors to submit

validated information time to time

·                          To coordinate with business groups and HR Business Partners for various HR

related matters

·                          To coordinate and manage administration related matters of HR

·                          To maintain / rearrange and reconcile personal files of all staff

·                          To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

 
Assessment Interview(s) Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility

Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be

renewed on discretion of the Managemeqt. Selected candidates will be offered

compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
