· Candidates having experience of working in banking and / or HR and / or corporate communications would be preferred |

· Excellent communication and writing skills

Outline of Main Duties /
Responsibilities |
· To devise Organizational Effectiveness related communications for senior
management and other stakeholders · To manage Intranet for HR, develop content that can be distributed via the Bank’s various channels · To develop high-impact presentations to inform and influence key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and Leadership team · To devise HR strategy for social media and associated platforms and improve interaction with targeted audience · To work towards employer branding and strengthen the brand image and perception of Bank as an employer of choice · To prepare and disseminate information to employees through appropriate channels in line with Bank’s HR mission and vision · To manage Organizational Effectiveness budgets and control expenditure effectively · To assist Organizational Effectiveness Head in managing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture · To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s) |

Outline of Main Duties /Responsibilities |
· To manage background checks, verification of educational documents and
prepare confidential reports under advice from the management · To ensure all identified HR risk issues are monitored and mitigated in a timely manner · To manage and process transfers / postings of the staff in line with the policy · To maintain and update employee record / database. leave records and job rotation data · To support in contract renewals / discontinuation of contracts · To provide support on implementation of various HR Initiatives · To suggest improvements and optimize HR processes · To gather & consolidate data from different stake holders against pre inspection / audit data etc. issued by SBP / internal audit / and external auditors to submit validated information time to time · To coordinate with business groups and HR Business Partners for various HR related matters · To coordinate and manage administration related matters of HR · To maintain / rearrange and reconcile personal files of all staff · To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) |

Employment Type | The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be
